Hi.
I’m a bit stumped. My mom has a PLEX login (E-mail), but no password. I’m trying to help her out as she’s not so technical. I clicked the option several times to have it sent to her but nothing. Yes, I keep checking her E-mail inbox and yes I checked the junk / spam folder and yes still nothing.
What can I do? Other than just using a new E-mail address for her, I’m stuck. PLEX still thinks her E-mail address is in the system, but I can’t get a new password for her.
