How to set network interface for remote access?

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554

On my macOS Plex server I have the following network interfaces:

en0: 192.168.0.5 -> 192.168.0.1 (4G router) -> 4G WAN (40 Mbit down/10 Mbit up, IPv4-only with CG-NAT)

en1: 192.168.1.5 -> 192.168.1.1 (DSL router) -> DSL WAN (2 Mbit down/0.4 Mbit up, IPv6/IPv4 dual stack)

Both routes work individually, but how do I force Plex to use en0 (through Plex Relay) for remote access and not en1 when both are plugged in?

I’ve set 192.168.0.5 (en0) in “preferred network interface” but Plex still insists on using 192.168.1.5 (en1) for remote access. Bug or feature?

I’ve also set the service order in the macOS Network Settings with en0 above en1, but this doesn’t seem to do the trick either.

Do I need to set up firewall rules or static routes?
