I am new to Plex, and hope I am posting this question in the right area.

I signed up for FlexPass and I can't log into my account.

It said "Your IP address has been temporarily blocked."

 

I dont know why this come up.

Any glue any one ?

This occurs if there are too many unsuccessful authentication requests (sign-in) from your IP.   It will clear in a short while.   IIRC, it's less than 1 hr.

having the same problem trying to login to my account.  and my password is correct. THIS IS SO LAME

Trying to set up my twin boys’ iPads for Christmas with their Plex accounts onto my lifetime subscription-backed server. Failed a couple of times and now says my ip is blocked. My boys have autism and are non-verbal. This is imperative we have this set up as it has helped them so much by having access to our music and family videos. Please do away with this protection or reset it for us.
