How to upgrade Plex Amp?

I don’t see any way to upgrade Plex Amp and there isn’t any way for me to shutdown the app other than to use the taskbar icon to shut it down.

Plexamp does update itself – if there is a new version available.
Update is performed when you close Plexamp.

On Windows, you can use Alt+F4 to do so,
or right-click the taskbar item for Plexamp,
or right-click a few pixels below the upper window border of Plexamp.
