HTTP Control (iRule) with remote PMS

I use iRule at home however ive stopped using a local pms i just have a remote PMS now. 

 

the api commands i used to use were http://LOCALSERVER:32400/PLAYERCLIENT/command etc.

 

Is there no way i can just send a command direct to the client?
