Remote control "now playing" from web client

There is no remote function in the web client.

I think it could be awesome to be able to control the "now playing" session from the web client. (like iOS, android, Win 8 app, etc.. can right now)

I was actually surprised I couldn't when I first installed PMS...

I agree, this would be a good feature, I got around it by writing my own HTML remote using the HTTP API commands available here: http://wiki.plexapp.com/index.php/HTTP_API/Control

tomshe, how reliable is the remote connection with yuor method?

I've been wanting to use remote control more but its incredibly unreliable and for some reason the server regularly fiorgets clients even exist thus removing them from remote control lists.
