i have a intel i5 9th gen cpu, and a AMD R9 290 GPU, i just bought pass for the HW encoding, but it stil only uses only my CPU in the red…why?
I did checked to use HW in settings.

Seems stil dont work…CPU use 90% on 1 stream… 
will cancel pass again and ask refund
In order to be able to use the hardware encoder in your CPU, you must
- activate the on-board graphics in your computer’s BIOS
- install the driver software for this Intel graphics
i have the 9400F cpu, it does not have onboard graphics…
so my AMD radeon card cant do the encoding?
Our hardware-transcoding system has technical support for many dedicated AMD graphics cards, but we haven’t done official, full testing on those. Support for AMD GPUs is provided “as is” and your mileage may vary. It is recommended that you use Intel Quick Sync Video or a dedicated NVIDIA GPU.

There is no official support for that card. We do not know if it will work. Looks like you made another topic asking about Nvidia cards.
