Hardware transcoding is broken for kernel version Linux 6.1.64-Unraid, with an NVIDIA GTX960 passed through to the binhex-plex docker version of unraid server v1.40.1.8227 (w/ plex pass) using v550 series NVIDIA drivers. Rolling back to v545 series drivers fixes it.
Some relevant log lines seem to be:

Transcode runner appears to have died.
nvidia-smi shows card as detected, Plex shows it as my current HW transcode option. nvidia-smi briefly shows the plex transcode process starts running when a transcode is requested, and then it, indeed, immediately dies.
I have tried transcoding both to disk and memory (with software transcoding verifying that I have no problems writing to those locations). Failed HW transcoding does not fall back to software transcoding. The client just sits waiting for chunks that constantly 404.
