I am being told the my server is unauthorized despite removing everything and starting again

I have just tried to install Plex on my new Synology NAS (DS 224+). I tried once without an account, but then realised the error of my ways and uninstalled it and created an account. Tried again, but realised I have not logged off in my browser. Did so, uninstalled Plex, reinstalled plex and started it

I always fails at some point after I’ve tries to sign in with the same error

It opens a page with a warning triangle in the middle and under it it says “Not Authorized” and then under it “You do not have access to this Server”

I’ve look around but not found an answer.

When it gets confused, a simple credential reset is all you need.
