I am having a terrible time creating a new library

Player Version#: Version 4.76.1
I go into the plex icon in the lower right corner and bring up Plex. Web. It displays available online shows etc. but not my libraries so I can create a new library. How do I get Plex to access and show my current libraries so I can make adjustments and create new libraries. I have copied files over to the library but Plex does recognize it. I know I have done this before but can’t remember what I am doing wrong.

Thank you, That worked I can now see my libraries :grinning: Now I can not access my library files on my TV Player. All I can access is online files provided by PLEX. What do I need to change now to see my libraries on my player?

Apparently, you have used a different plex.tv account than you used before. The TV is probably still connected to the other account.

Thanks again you were correct. I did sign in under a different login. I deleted that logon and used the same I used on the media server and everything worked. Thanks for all your help
