I have a WD MyCloudEx2Ultra that I have installed the Plex App. When I select configure, the Plex Home Screen appears. I select Settings and attempt to add media but can only choose the file folders on the WD MyCloud. How can I add folders from my Mac or other Hard Drives?

Sorry this is so elementary…

You’ll have to map the drives using cmd line. There should be tutorials on wd community forums. Can share some links if need be.

I was pretty proficient with it at the end, but honestly it wasn’t worth the hassle, the support for WD products is non-existent and the level of manual stuff that needs to be done. Find another alternative.
