I am at my wits end with this issue. What support can I get if I don’t get any from the forums?? Plex do not offer a support service of any kind, but how can they expect all issues to be dealt with by other users??
In desperation, I have un-installed media server and tried to re-install. But the service shows up as failing. I am trying to do this on ubuntu, as all my music is in Linux format, but am only a novice on this platform. How do I get help and resolve this?? My last systemctl after installation showed the service had loaded but failed with a dump.

I do not know what to do or where to turn.
