Same issueā¦I have to say, with all the updates over the years, this is the first big glitch. Was bound to happen at some point. Iām sure they will get it fixed quickā¦

Experiencing this just trying to review users and update their shared libraries.

Iām thinking this particular issue (for me) may actually be related to some new ISP port restrictions Iāve been battling with between DMZ mode and some custom UDP (another other ports) firewall rules that allow my PMS to see the outside world.
Iām also seeing this error again. Itās most likely due to this https://status.plex.tv/
plex looks like they resolved the issue and users are working for me now.
This happens to me after upgrading PMS from 1.14.1.5488 to 1.16.2.1321.
Running on Windows 10 Pro 1803 17134.885
Yes, I restarted the computer after the PMS update.
When I go to the upper right drop down and select Users it comes back āHome users are unavailableā
When I use the Plex iPhone app and try to select the managed user I got a message that users are unavailable but when I tried again it worked.
This is why when there is a solid PMS version like 1.14.1 I stay with it, because something always seems to get broken in the updatesā¦
