When I select the settings tab “User & Sharing” I get this error message every time: An error occurred retrieving home users. Please try again. No matter how many times I try and log out and such, I can get to the user page. I am the only user on this account. Was looking to create another user but I am not able to because of this error. Anyone here have any advise?

Same for me, multiple devices, different browsers app.plex.tv
Works ok accessing locally ip:32400/web etc

Count me in. Same problem. I even made sure that sync was enabled for this user in settings. No dice.

i am getting the same problem as well, so i don’t know if it is me or everyone now…windows 10 PMS, working fine outside my own network for me, just not for others. also works locally for others

Can confirm same issue here. It’s stopping my clients without plex pass being able to play more than one minute on the mobile app.

The issue is known. It affects users who don’t have a Plex Home set up.
A fix for the hosted web app will be released in a few hours.
Until then, use the local web app.
