Hi everyone, a few hours ago inexplicably I can no longer get Plex to work
I was adding an episode of a TV series and I was unable to associate that episode with the adjoining season.
From there I did not understand anything
Films and TV series are stored on the asustor’s NAS.
I can’t see anything on all devices except on my iPad Pro why? if there is a problem because on all computers and smart TVs in the house I can’t see anything: thinking:: thinking: having said that the main problem is that I can’t get Plex to work first on chrome because I manage them from all.

as I said before it practically does not work anywhere EXCEPT on my iPad Pro, everything is normal and I see everything and there are the categories created as always.

It might be that your personal server content (libraries) got unpinned from the menu on the left since the only things there are publicly available content. Try clicking on the MORE > (ALTRO >) item on the bottom left. This should show all the server content that you have access to. Then you can repin these items to the menu. That’s what I’d give a try. The PlexNAS-Cyro server is not secure.
Claiming this server will associate it with your Plex account. This helps your devices find each other and helps protect your media files.
