So I set up plex using my computer. It worked really good for awhile but now it doesn’t work at all! Any movie I try and play it comes up with an error “The file associated with this item is not accessible by the server. Please verify that the file exists and the necessary drive is accessible.” Also It used to give me ratings for the movies but now it just says item? I don’t know what to do! PLEASE HELP!
check your movie library properties.
‘edit’ the library, go to the ‘Add Folders’ tab and look which at drive letter and folder name Plex expects the movies to be
Then compare that to the drive letter and foldername you see when you navigate to your movie files with Windows file explorer.

As per attachment and click on “Edit” go to add folders, check paths to Stored folders of your movies or TV shows. Or just delete current paths and re create a new set.
