Also, Roku have no trouble accessing server. Plex apps, iOS, etc - all work. No Plex Web app (through browser) works - even on the same network. Seems strange.

Yup! I just checked mine too and it seems to be working now. I’m guessing it was something on their end that was messing with us. Maybe @BigWheel knows.

I’m thinking that the browser has to access a server or something at Plex to allow it to point to the local server and that “handshake” got compromised - maybe from the Big Sur 11.3 upgrade?

There is an issue with how the the certificate was getting reported. This is an over simplification but basically the server was asking for the player to verify but the player which always try to first connect securely could not because it did not know about the certificate due to issue on our end…
