Plex remote access issues - cannot connect securely

Hello,

Yesterday my server has stopped working with remote connections. All apps don’t work with remote connection but when I open browser with direct ip and port on mobile data it works. I can access libraries and play content and Plex servers shows remote connection.

However, when I log in through https://app.plex.tv/ it shows it cannot connect securely.

I tried reclaiming server, resetting it and router too, logging out and in etc. Also using automatic port as before but also using manual one and it’s always the same. I didn’t change anything in my setup. What can I do?

Yes, I looked through it, tried different things and nothing worked.

I saw in some similar cases that there was an issue with server certificate. Can it be the case too?

Edit: Also, plex media server says “Fully accessible outside your network” but as mentioned when I log in through https://app.plex.tv/ it shows it cannot connect securely.

Your certificate was stuck during renewal.
I have revoked it now.
Stop and restart your server please.
