SInce a few months, i am not able ro access the Web Server, however access via the Server Page is possible -i think its because of the SSL Certificate and multiple forums suggest to head to the forum and ask a Dev for Renewal - so here we go … Hope a Dev reads this and hepls me out… Thanks

Do you have the 429 error in logs? I see nothing wrong with your certificate that would indicate it needs to be reset.
I dont know so much about the IT Stuff to be honest - that was just my conclusion , because i tried everything else i could . Deleted the Server, deleted the Files in %localappdata% , nothing changed… what else could be the problem?
How can i see if i have that error?

it will be an error in your server logs. the one called Plex Media Server.log
thats the server and all it’s data. are you trying to resintall it from scratch? if you are on windows you need to delete the registry settings as well to be completely from scratch then run the installer again
