Need a reset of ssl cert for my server

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6406

I own the server that was under discussion in thread Libraries are shared but nothing is showing up in menu, but wanted to bring to the top that it looks like I need a cert reset.
DEBUG - CERT: incomplete TLS handshake from XXX: sslv3 alert bad certificate

thanks!

@wonkasan

You have multiple servers on your account.
Some have duplicated names.

What am I looking for please?

Also , may I have the debug logs zip – captured 2 minutes after restarting PMS?

The line you provide can easily come from a client.

Hi, sorry. The server is “deathstar” (and is not the newly created one from 11/19). I’ve attached a copy of Plex Media Server.log here.
plex_debug.tar.gz (802 Bytes)

This log shows me you have a damaged installation .

I presume the files exist therefore the permissions/ownership must be damaged.

Check please

I think you’re looking at the wrong log file, as that doesn’t appear in the logs I posted - I also posted a corrupt log, so re-uploading.

Sorry about that.

What i see here:

  1. Host 192.168.1.15 sent the request and presented a bad cert.

I see where the server made a full set of certificate requests and Plex.tv put a limit on certs.

Please do investigate and attempt to resolve.

I’ve reset the certificate. Restart the server after you look at the permissions in the “Plex Media Server” directory.

The new cert fixed the problem - thank you!
