I get lifetime subscribe and I cant access to plex features I need help for that
tried signing out and back in, also what features can you not access?
I’m with everyone here. I paid my money but I do not have access to the download option . I think you guys are lying about being able to download or else its a trick to make me pay more. And why don’t you have online chat person to take care of this if its a simple thing to do. And if its not simple why are you hiding it?? This is frustrating as I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO THIS FOR 2 DAYS!!!

You can’t download the partner streaming content. Only from a Plex Media Server where the owner/admin of that server allows it.

So you are trying to use our free streaming stuff? (none of that requires a Plex Pass) Did you disable them in online media sources settings?
Do you get the same when using https://app.plex.tv which is pretty much always the newest version of web app?
Is that Edge browser?
