I can't add a second media server

Hello,

I currently have one media server running on a Linux VM (and it works perfect). I just bought a QNAP NAS and installed the Plex server. When I connect to the web interface of that server, it asks me to log in with my Plex account. Once I do that, it only shows my current Plex server and has no option I can find anywhere to register the new one.

Unlike some of the other posts I found on here, these two servers are both on the same network, not different ones.

How do I register the new server?

Well, it appears if I use the IP address and not the DNS name it works. Not sure why that would make any difference but it did.
