Then I suggest you make a last attempt to make it accessible again by
- follow “Method2.2” in here: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry
- Afterwards, when it comes to claiming your server, follow New Claiming Requirement for Windows
P.S: when assessing whether you have access to the server, don’t judge by the side bar in its default state, nor by the home page.
Always switch the side bar into the MORE... mode. Only then look for the server name and its libraries in the side bar.
