This feature needs a Playback History.
If you want to use it with a new user account (or maybe even with a new server), it won’t be available until some music has been played.
How long will it take? Although I re-created the database, that was six months ago, and since then I have probably played it 1,500 times, but it still hasn’t appeared. Do I need to turn on any Settings?
You will need to have your library analysed for sonic properties.
Do you have this sonic analysis enabled in your server settings?
