I cant get ahold of support

i keep seeing messages pop up and so i sent emails to plex support but only got back a basic robot reply. i need help with this. how do i get ahold of support

What kind of messages and while doing what?
Which version of PMS / client apps?

when i send a email to plex support i only get their auto reply response. i dont get a reply from a human person…

There‘s no personal support from Plex, except for billing questions related to your account.
There are these forums and loads of support articles, though.

i am having messages appear when i go into billing information that i am not sure. i sent an email to the billing plex support but no reply so i post here.

They have a lot of emails. The automated reply is just to let you know you message is in the queue.

They have “Perfect Strangers” (1986) available for viewing, but once I got to Season 3, I noticed the episodes are majorly out of order. There is no way to let them know this and I don’t see how a forum or “support articles” are going to help address this. Not everything can be solved through automated means, especially issues caused by human error.

Human error needs human input to correct. How is Plex going to ever fix this (or know that it is an issue) if no-one can contact them to communicate the problem?
