Can't log in, can't reset password, can't find tech support

Can anyone at the Plex HQ please reset my password? My login is not working, and the password reset email never arrives. I already checked my spam folder. Account is under rpieket at pobox.com

Welp, since I could not find Plex tech support online, I sent a kindly worded letter by mail to the CEO. Let’s see if that works.

Because you pointed me to the billing department. I’m looking for technical support. Different department.

The billing dept will verify your account since billing info is the only unique info we have to verify you and they can send you reset instructions after they verify.

if our emails to you were bouncing they can also take care of that.

It says “Support questions submitted through the contact form will go unanswered.” So I’m not expecting an answer.

I assure you they will. What they won’t do it help with folks with server or player problems.

Apparently you have problems with understanding what has/has not been written. At the time of my post no “Plex Employee” had replied to this thread. Had there been a post by one of them I might no have posted. But I do not see what my post did to incur your wrath.
