Hi All,
I've been running PMS now for over a year and have had no problems with the Metadata agents pulling down both TV and Movie coverart and descriptions.
Since I've updated to 0.9.8.10 I've had the problem that no metadata is downloaded for my TV and Movies. I'm not sure how to correct this - even if I do a manual lookup (Fix Metadata) it doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated

I just noticed the same issue today. I'm on a Mac and have no issues until today. When I go to Agents, nothing is loading. Also takes a very long time to try and adjust any settings.
Any suggestions?
I have had the same issue all week, I have tried removing and re adding but it doesn't seem to work.
I also have checked the Agent's settings, and file structure.
The TV shows are on TheTVDB, but I can never get a match for anything, anymore :(
Not really the right forum for this guys, but....
try doing a bundle reset (generally a sticky thread in the PMS section of whatever OS your are running)
If that does not work, best open a thread in the relevant PMS forum, with some details on your server and some logs which show a scan.

I was just getting ready to buy a plex pass too, but this is quite a discouragement.
Having the same issue after updating to Plex Server for Windows 0.9.8.10
There are threads all over the place about this. Hope it gets fixed soon.
