I can't log in to the server with iPad air 1

A login window opens, but it is empty, there are no fields for data entry.

I’ll need to see if anyone has an old iPad or iPhone to test on. What version number of Safari is on that?

I didn’t find the safari version, it’s the same on other browsers. iOS version 12.5.7

I still have 1st generation iPad Air 1 for which I recently had to re-login. This was working alright for me. Although I’m not sure if this was different for me because I still have the native iOS app installed on the tablet.

Plex for iOS 7.25 → working fine
Plex Web via mobile Safari will indeed get stuck on the loading screen for theaters version of iOS 12.5.7
