Can't log into Plex.tv via Safari on iOS 12.5.6

Trying to access the Plex server via the browser fails on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome on the iPad running iOS 12.5.6. I go to plex.tv and click the sign in button on the top right, the next screen opens but it is blank, no fields to enter username or password. Have you discontinued support for these devices in your web code?
