I was unable to sign into the forum with my current email associated with my plex server, there were issues that someone here fixed for me, some sort of conflicts (TY!). Now it appears i must have used this email address for a former server and account, of which i do not remember. My current account and media server is the orange pic (attached) with a user name of Doce1964. When i log into the forum i have a different user name (see the purple pic below).
Please create a ticket with the Accounting & Billing team since they handle such matters
