I thought the new user interface had to be a bug and even rebooted my Roku thinking it would fix the problem. Just imagine my shock when I realized you did this to us on purpose, and now I see you gave us a big middle finger by announcing you don’t intend to roll back the insanity despite overwhelmingly negative feedback.
I’m relatively new to Plex, having had my server for about a year, but I’ve spent the last year telling everyone who’d listen how great Plex is. That’s over, though; I’d never recommend any product from a company that shows so little concern for its customers’ wishes.

Same. Been a diehard fan since they started, so like 15 ish years. I’ve had my server through thick and thin. I’ve evangelized them to everyone I know.
Things started to sour back in May when this “new experience” was revealed and was a total disaster from the inception. They persisted. Dug their heels in. Drew their line in the sand. And even after the disastrous mobile app rollout, they still didn’t learn!! It has to be a joke right? Ugh.
No more evangelical propaganda from me. I’m through. I’ll use my Apple TV on the old UI until I can get something new spun up and everyone migrated. I just hope I can get it done before this extremely beta app comes to Apple TV.
They have also said, or at least implied, that Apple TV will be the last to get updated. I can’t help but wonder if that’s the largest user base they have and they’re trying to work out the issues before they anger the larger majority. Just speculation, but it would make sense.
