I got hacked. Please help

So I got hacked and now I can’t get into the user that is the admin for my account because they changed the pin. This chasminia account was not created by me and i cant access any features or log in completely. I was able to change my password because i still have the email linked to me but i still cant get into this admin user or create a new user or anything. Please help.
