Locked out of admin account, PIN not working seems to have been changed. How do I recover my Pin?

My old PIN is not working, don’t know what it is.
You don’t need to know the old pin for resetting the pin.
You only need it if you want to change or remove the pin.
PIN reset asks for old PIN.
