What version of Plex Server are you running? What Plex client were you using? When did this start? Has this always been a problem? What file were you playing when it happened - provide the xml of the file please.

Hi,
I have yet to get Plex to work on the server or on the remote app. I keep getting the error above or i get that the content is unavailable or the channel is unavailable. I’ve been working on this for about a week, trying all different options, reading through forums and nobody has had this issue. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I can get my music to play but the spotify channel won’t work either. It gives me a whole other error as well. Ugh, beyond frustrated.

Version of Plex server is 2.13.0
Plex app is on the Roku
I have yet to get anything to work.
I’m running the server on a Window OS 7 SP1
