I have a lifetime subscription and plex pass but i do not get the screen to set up my dvr

I am running on a Mac and tried using Safari and Chrome to set up the DVR but i do not get the screen that lets me set up the Live TV and DVR

Can’t really offer much without more details. What exactly do you see? can you provide screenshots so we can see what you are getting?

What version of Plex Media Server are you using? The latest Plex Pass version is 1.8.1.4139 (which I believe is also the Public version as well.) From the Web interface you should be able to go to Settings -> Server -> Live TV & DVR

Second from bottom will start the Live TV & DVR process. You definitely want to be on the latest version as they’ve improved the setup process.
