Hi. The option to add libraries isn’t showing up on the left side panel. The title library is all shaded out and doesn’t give me any options.
Any help would be appreciated. Hope this is the right place for help
You just need to hoover pointer over Libraries. The add function Is hidden.
Appreciate the help but nothing happens when I hover over it

the plus and eclipse sign appears click on plus to add.
Doesn’t give me any options at all
Is ‘Dan-PC’ your server, or is it one that has been shared to you? You can’t add libraries to a shared server.
OR, are you signed in as a user other than the admin?

Can you see + … beside the libraries when hovering. You also seem to have zoom very large, try reducing to see if it appears.
The web app appears to be seriously “distorted” in your screen shot.
What kind of device is this?
Which web browser?
Disable all 3rd party web browser extensions and try again.
It’s windows 7 using internet explorer . Now I am really not that tech savvy and this might be a stupid question. But I was staying the night at friend’s house when I set plex up on my computer using their internet. It seemed
To work there. Now I am home and using my internet would that matter? I really do appreciate the help. Thanks everyone Will check back

Internet explorer is a difficult beast.
Particularly if you are still on version 10 of Internet Explorer.
If you have Windows 7, I recommend you to install
“Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7”
It is available per Windows Update
If you cannot install it, use a different web browser instead. I recommend Chrome.
thanks for all the help everyone . i was using internet explorer 10 . downloaded chrome and it is working now. thanks again
I have this same issue. Except that I am on a Windows 10 machine and I believe I am working within the Plex App. (In any event, I have Edge, Explorer v11, and Chrome all installed.) At least the window containing the program gives no indication that I am inside a Browser. What am I missing?

You are using the Plex App from the Windows App store.
This is a Playback-only app.
All server maintenance/administration is done through the web app.
Most of the tasks can also be done in the PMP app in ‘windowed mode’.
