I have to refresh my browser when gone for X minutes as it stops buffering/loading

Hi!

I have an issue with Plex server/web player that I have simply ignored for some years now. When the plex web player is left unattended for x minutes (I think it’s about 15+ minutes) I have to refresh my browser in order for Plex to buffer properly, as it stops buffering completely.

I was just wondering if there are any workarounds for this issue, and if anyone else is also struggling with this? This also happened when I tried to run Plex server on my Linux OS… Netflix for example does not time out like this, maybe because they have some implemented pinging or whatever into their web player.
