I just bought the annual Plex Pass, but I cannot get it to work on my TV. I have Roku streaming service. All I get on the PLEX video space is news. The Pass does not seem to be on that video site. Please help. Thank you. Kenneth Albert
before checking things on the Roku client… let’s check out your Plex server.
with the Plex Pass you should now be able to use e.g. the “Plex Movie” agent for movies or create a “Premium Music Library”.
The Plex Pass itself does not give you any videos or access to videos (just adding this as your post allows the interpretation you expected automatic access to movies/shows/…).

I think you might of misunderstood what Plex Pass is.
Plex is not like Netflix.

As tom80H mentioned above the Plex Pass does not give you access to videos itself. You will need to have a Plex Media Server with your own media on it to access your media with your Roku.
