Details about your setup is needed to even beginning to help. People here need at least:
Computer and OS you are using for your server.
What client, exactly, you are using to try to view Plex.
How your libraries are set up.
Any error messages you are seeing.

There are probably more things that will be asked for but that is a good starting place.

I am guessing this individual does not have any media, nor the server installed.

1st post and very unclear leads me to believe I am correct and they thought they bought into a service rather than a server/client media solution.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I have a roku and installed app but I don’t get anything more then what’s on my lap top and news from 5 hours past. I’m living in Alberta Canada does it works for us?
