Plex wasn't working well after latest update - so I paid for Pass. Now does not work AT ALL !

We use Roku 3 on two TVs. And download is on Win 10.

Plex worked reasonably before (tv channels mostly); But much worse after recent Plex software update. So I paid for the Pass hoping that would help, but now it does not work at all! My computer (server?) shows everything fine (channels). But on my TVs with Roku, all I can get is news and some of the media I previously downloaded. But the tvs/roku cannot see the server (everything is on my home network).
I apologize in advance as I don’t understand this tech very well at all. We’ve had plex running for a couple of years but now not at all - and all that’s changed in our house is the Plex software update.
Any help is truly appreciated !

Have you switched windows accounts?

Or changed plex.tv account for the server?

What do you see on the server computer when you go to http://localhost:32400/web

This is what I see - attached on my desktop/server. But still cannot
access the channels via my Roku devices.

FYI, For some reason I cannot access your link ! I get “oops yu don’t have
access” I recently closed my Pass account which might be the reason.

you get that on the windows PC that runs Plex Media Server when you open a browser and set the url to be http://localhost:32400/web ?

Do you have more than one plex.tv account ? Perhaps the server is signed in to a different account

You can look for the server logs
See this support article for location of the Logs folder
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200250417-Plex-Media-Server-Log-Files
Please zip and attach
with screenshot of what gets displayed when you go to http://localhost:32400/web

It may be that you have another program using tcp port 32400
You can find that out by doing a netstat -a -b in an elevated command line session

If you have cancelled Plex Pass, please download the public release version from http://plex.tv/downloads and to downgrade, you need to go through uninstall first and then install 1.9.6.4429
