I just installed my Plex server and have the app on my tv (FFALCON - 65UF3)

Its a TCL Beyond TV Android tv.

Server Version#: v1.41.4.9463-630c9f557
Player Version#: 10.26.0.2578
Plex for Android (TV)

I don’t know which log(s) to provide. There are 36 of them. I’m going to provide the most recent ones. I think these contain the info needed?
I am not sure what verbose logging means. I did not see that anywhere in the settings. Is it on or off by default?

Plex Crash Uploader.log (709 Bytes)
Plex Media Server.log (588.8 KB)
Plex Tuner Service.log (2.6 KB)
Plex Transcoder Statistics.log (30.0 KB)

These are my server specs:

Is there a particular issue you’re trying to fix?

Oops yea no movie or tv show will play. The circle on my tv spins endlessly. I have let it sit for a few minutes. But then I exit. When I check the dashboard it shows nothing is playing while its attempting to load. I think something is being blocked somewhere (firewall) or something that I can’t figure out!

Looks like your TV is trying to direct play the file and it’s not working. Can you post the xml info for the episode of South Park you tried to play?

Where do I find that?

I’ve also tried to play some movies with the same result. They don’t play.

Click on the highlighted text (xml info). This will show a support article describing how to obtain the details.
