After install Plex Pass the Plex app on my Roku will not allow me to connect without a pin. There appears to be no way to create a pin for a my user account. To get around this I created a second user account and modified my settings to allow “Automatic Sing In”. Am I supposed to delete and reinstall other Plex apps to get a pin?
You do not “create” any pin. When you start up the Plex app on the Roku it displays a pin. You then, on another device, go to https://www.plex.tv/link/ and logon if needed and then enter your pin. I would recommend doing that with your Plex pass account.
After you do that your Roku should update automagically.
All the above actions should be completed withing a few minutes because the pin will expire after a passage of time.
