Are you using the Plex Channel on the Roku logged into your Plex account??
I do not know for sure but if you are not Plex Pass you might need to buy the Plex Channel Software for Roku… It should be cheap.
BTW when first setting up the channel on Roku, you will get a PIN number that you will need to register on plex.tv.

Yes I load plex on my roku
And have plex media on my computer
I log in my computer to plex
Then log in to roku I pick plex channel
And sign in it says cannot acces my computer

Be sure the Roku app is signed in to your Plex Account.
Be sure you enter the PIN number provided is entered into the plex.tv web site.

Cause I also get a PIN number to put in at plex.tv/link it links me but still can’t acces my computer I am thinking a may need plex pass to sync my computer to roku on my tv

Then I have no real clue what the issue is…
