I just updated Plex Server last night and it will not start now. I cannot see content and can't connect

How do I provide logs? The Server will not start. I am running it on Windows Server 2012 r2. I have rebooted a couple of times. The server remains “unavailable”

That release is bugged. The latest version is actually 1.16.6.1592-1-01 You should update to that one.

How do I do the update since I can’t do it from within Plex? Do I just download the later version, delete the old one from Programs & Features within Windows Control Panel and then install the new one. Will it keep all my settings?

You should just be able to download the latest installer from the plex website. Make sure that the plex server is not running, launch the installer, then the latest version should install with all your settings intact.
