I have been using Plex for years very happily, but on 2 occasions recently I couldn’t get access to my own media on my computer via a WD hard drive (Plex said I didn’t have an internet connection, which of course I did.) I tried numerous reboots but eventually I worked out that I needed to reinstall both Plex and Plex Media Server. By doing this my media all came back, but then about 10 days later it happened again and I had to reinstall. What is happening
I have been having the same problem and it started at about the same time. I need to reinstall every other day.
