Unable to access plex media server

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6486-629d58034
Player Version#: NA

When i try and add my media in the library, it takes me to this page (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/get-plex-media-server) asking me to download Plex Media Server - which i have.

I have tried completely removing and reinstalling, no positive effect.
Any suggestion welcome

You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry

Warning: During these steps your Windows Plex server will be removed from any plex.tv account it has been connected to.
