I’ve already gone to “Online Media Sources” and disabled web shows, news, podcasts, and music. Then I reboot the Plex server, uninstalled the Plex client, reinstalled it, but I can still browse to and access streaming Movies and TV. This only happens to managed accounts. Movies and TV doesn’t show up on my “main” account.
Sounds like you didn’t disable Movies & TV in that very same section…

If you have disabled it for the main account, it will also be disabled for all managed accounts of that account. If you have created regular Plex accounts for members of your Plex Home, those users need to disable Movies & TV by themselves.
Indeed, I didn’t! I unchecked it and it works. It appears that my problem is I was using the Mac plex.app, and it was out of date, in all likelihood. It doesn’t have the option to change the Movies and TV settings. But if I use a web browser it works fine. I had not updated the mac.app because the update kept crashing.
