I’ve looked at the FAQ and I believe I’m doing everything correctly, and Plex works on my iPad and laptop, streaming from a Windows 10 PC. But not my PS4, either on the app or browser.
I’m not aware of any good reason it shouldn’t be able to see my server - any thoughts?
Hi, after checking your account, it shows that your media server isn’t signed into plex.tv, this is required since PlayStation doesn’t support network discovery, please follow the Signing your Server in to Plex section from https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200878643-Sign-in-to-Your-Plex-Account that should fix it.
