Plex apps on PS4 & PS3 not working

Hello,

New user here.
Was able to configure Plex server, and successfully launch the apps/clients on multiple devices: Fire TV, laptop, iPhone, Fire HD tablet.

However for PS4 and PS3 I am getting “Unable to connect to server”.
It does allow me to login, just not able to launch the app and view the media content.

ANybody else have this, or know how to fix it?

I’ve had the same problem on my PS4 since they came out with a PS4 app. Same network, and phone, other laptops, etc can connect to the server fine. But my PS4 can’t find it.
