I hope you can help me. First i tried with a windows 8 pc and I only was able to watch trailers…
Now on mac mini the same problem.
I can only watch trailers and movies on hd but not the whole movie from apple tv
Whats wrong?

Ensure you post your ‘PlexConnect.log’ file to pastebin and post the link (‘PlexConnect.log’ is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a “more detailed fresh” one:

The attached log doesn't give any indication, that you actually tried to play a movie. The only thing seen, is that you were browsing into the channel directory...
Please recreate the issue and post a log containing the fault.
The log file was too big for pastebin so i deleted the rest
I will post a new log later
Did i made any mistakes with the settings? Or are they ok?

Settings are pretty much defaults, as far as I can see. They should be fine.
Can you access your movies from another client - like Plex/Web?

Well, I am not quite sure what you are trying to do...
The only time, I saw you trying to play a video (search the logs for PlayVideo.xml) was choosing a trailer from "apple movie trailers" PMS plugin. That plugin - as well as the service Apple provides - will give you only trailers. Guess that's the reason for the name.
I did not find any evidence of you trying (and failing) to play any movie from your local library (again, search for PlayVideo.xml)- that's where you should have access to your movies. Neither did I find a reference to a PrePlay screens (search PrePlay.xml), other than the one for the channel plugin.
I am lost. Where are you looking for the whole movie?
And what is Aceplayer and how does that play with Plex/PMS?
Isn’t it possible to watch the apple movies for free with plexconnect?

Aceplay is a app from app store
With it I can connect the plex media server and watch movies from mac mini on ipad

No. Never heard about anything in that regard.
Plexconnect doesn’t allow you to do anything other than access YOUR movies on your PMS from the Apple TV.
Or use existing Plex Channels that have been made to hook into certain Internet sites that were themselves designed to make source video or audio files available.
